Marinated Steak and Mushroom Foil Packets

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ pounds good quality steak cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 pound whole small mushrooms with the stems removed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Juice from ½ a lemon
  • 3 teaspoons minced garlic
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • Tin foil

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together the olive oil, worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, black pepper and bay leaf in a mixing bowl.
  • Place the steak and mushrooms into the mixing bowl, and stir to mix well.
  • Cover and marinate in the fridge for 1 hour.
  • Place four sheets of tin foil on a flat surface.
  • Add ¼ of the steak and mushroom mixture to the center of each piece of tin foil.
  • Fold the long edges of the tin foil pieces up and together to close.
  • Fold in the sides of each piece of foil to form a closed packet.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
