Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375ºF (190ºC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the almonds, sunflower seeds, walnuts, cinnamon, melted coconut oil, and sea salt.
Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for about eight minutes, stirring halfway through, and keep a close eye on it to prevent burning.
Remove from the oven and let cool before adding the shredded coconut and hemp seeds, if desired.
